Welcome to my courses, where your safety and security are my top priorities. I conduct classroom sessions in secure facilities and ensure that the staff/student Code of Conduct is adhered to at all times. Any violations of this Code, by either instructors or students, will be addressed with the utmost seriousness. Thank you for being part of a respectful and safe environment.

Privacy & Safety

Your privacy is of the upmost importance to me. The information collected through this website is solely used to (a) create your student account, (b) communicate important course announcements and other relevant information, and (c) inform you about upcoming classes and events that may interest you. Rest assured, your information will never be provided, sold, or otherwise provided to anyone outside of my business!

Code of Conduct

Respect and professionalism are essential for all staff members and students while on premise and during classes. Everyone has the right to learn and work in an environment free from harassment, intimidation, bullying, and violence. To maintain this disciplined atmosphere, I enforce strict regulations, including a zero-tolerance policy for possessing firearms (except for licensed Texas Peace Officers), illegal drugs, and alcohol on the premise.

Any violation of this Code of Conduct will result in one of the following:
1. Counseling
2. Warning
3. Immediate removal from class and/or premise

Course Fees & Reimbursement

At my training center, I am committed to offering all courses at the most affordable prices possible. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and if you need to cancel your attendance after making arrangements, I am here to help; as long as you notify me within an appropriate time frame, I will gladly waive any attendance fees or issue a refund if you have already paid. However, please note that, if you do not communicate with me in a timely manner, I will not be able to provide a reimbursement, and course credit will only be granted for those who attend 100% of the and pass the exam.
